I have a Navien combi tankless hot water heater and boiler for sub-floor radiant heat. It was installed incorrectly and the person who installed it "disappeared" not long after installation. The system has never worked as intended and I have been frequently without either heat or hot water. I have tried in vain (for years) to find someone who could fix it. Few people know how to work on this system (even those listed on the Navien website), and the ones who have tried told me that it was installed incorrectly, but couldn't figure out how to fix it. I am so happy I finally found Boiler Brothers. Mike was able to immediately diagnose the problem and figure out how to fix the installation. He had to cut throgh the current piping and re-pipe the system into the correct configuration. Mike really knows his stuff when it comes to boilers. As long as Mike is in business, I will never call anyone else for maintenence on this system.

Mike at Boiler Brothers Heating and Cooling really saved my rear end! Actually, it was my cold feet he saved by fixing our SunTouch, SunStat Commander thermostat, because walking on very cold tile early in the early morning is no fun!  Apparently. Mike's schedule is pretty tight, but he was willing to work us in at the end of a long day on Saturday.  More importantly, it's hard to find a repairman who is knowledgeable on SunStat thermoses.   Mike was able to fix our problem quickly.  But then he took the time to go through the ridiculous, tiny-print instructions and point out a couple of things that were important for me to know.  On his way out the door, Mike noticed a Carrier thermostat on our wall.  It was part of a new, $65,000 heating and cooling system we recently installed.  He told me that he was a specialist in Carrier systems and asked if he could look at some settings.  He looked at our settings, made a couple of recommendations, and gave me some additional info about the system that I didn't know previously.  Service and expertise above and beyond!  I hope I never see him again, because never have issues with our heating and cooling systems.  But if we do, Boiler Brothers will be my first call.
